Few days before the event, I read a post on Luky’s facebook account saying that his performance at Festival Seperlima on October 26 would be his last one in Jakarta.
The Tea Festival was actually not a part of the KTCF 2014, but I was so excited that the two events took place at the same time so I could just drop by and drink some tea
KTCF (Kota Tua Creative Festival) was a brilliant festival celebrating the bursting spirit of creativity, and held in the old quarters of Jakarta or locally known as Kota Tua, hence the name.

Unfortunately, I missed the main event – the Ondel-Ondel parade and stuff (just like in 2011 and 2012), but I found the booths quite interesting.
I had never been that nervous. Not even when I was about to see Morrissey or Saint Etienne earlier this year. The last time I had this pre-concert anxiety was before Pet Shop Boys’ in 2009.
The last time I watched them live was at last year’s Soulnation. And I was bloody surprised. They had turned from something good to something really awesome.
It was the first time I watched their performance, and they were.. ab-so-lute-ly gorgeous
